EPS coordinates

X= Performance and lightness

The most interesting aspect of EPS packaging lies in the performance-to-weight ratio. Few materials allow for packaging with such high performance levels as EPS for the same weight. Contrary to what one might expect, packaging today is primarily about aesthetics, shape and colour. So 'packaging' is 'communicating' the prerogatives of the packaged object.

Y= Compression and deformability

These are essential characteristics to be considered in construction materials because they represent the limits of the material under short or long term loads.

Z= Dimensional stability

Ability to maintain dimensions, even when environmental conditions change. As a result, a dimensionally stable plastic material exhibits low water absorption and low thermal expansion EPS is a material that adapts to every need: desired shape, required performance, communication, recovery and recycling after use.
