The process begins with the client’s creative request.
A photograph, a sketch, a technical drawing, a 3D model or even a simple idea can become the starting point for developing a concrete project.
Based on the specifications provided, we analyse shapes, dimensions, proportions and characteristics, identifying the most suitable manufacturing solution.

Expanded polystyrene (EPS) is an extremely versatile, lightweight and easily workable material. These characteristics make it particularly suitable for creating complex shapes, three-dimensional forms and prototypes, enabling a rapid transition from the initial idea to its physical realisation.
The material’s lightness also makes it possible to create large-scale elements whilst ensuring they remain remarkably easy to handle and install.
Where the project requires it, the elements can be finished with specific coatings, such as hardening mortars or polyurea, which increase the surface resistance to impact and weathering.
In this way, a form initially created in EPS can become a more durable element, suitable even for outdoor applications.
